Mahmoud Abu At-Tayyeb traveled to the southern Israel prison with a permit to visit his brother Younis, the society reported, and was detained without cause from the facility.
Head of the prisoners society Mahmoud Sawafta said he sent appeals to the Red Cross and rights organizations to intervene and secure the release of Mahmoud.
