Israeli forces detained, on Thursday, four Palestinian officers at the entrance of Yatta village, near Hebron, Press TV reported.
Four Palestinian security officers were detained despite having shown their valid identity cards to Israeli soldiers, eyewitnesses said. No explanation was provided for the arrests.
Soldiers reportedly took the four to the local Israeli Civil Administration headquarters.
Such arrests are said to be common, not only amongst civilians but even with Palestinian officials, according to local sources.
An Israeli military spokeswoman made no comments on the detentions.
